| Acer pseudoplatanus, un platan înalt de 30 m, cu diametrul trunchiului de 1,32 m. Era un copac protejat, doar de locuitorii orașului. Din păcate s-au găsit niște persoane care au considerat că acest copac de peste 200 de ani este un pericol pentru clădirile din jur. În august 2008 au venit "specialiștii" și l-au tuns, fără milă, ca să nu mai aibă nici o șansă de supraviețuire. A trăit destul! De atunci în fiecare primăvară oamenii se uită, poate într-o zi va răsări.
