    Arborele este in incinta complexului turistic Trei stejari aflat in concesiune de la primarie. Proprietarul complexului vrea sa-l taie pentru ca se teme sa nu pice crengi pe terasa sa raneasca oamenii, plus problema gandacilor care ii gauresc scoarta si a caror muscatura este toxica.
