Regarding the Processing of Personal Data of users of the website arboriremarcabili.ro
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 6(1) and Art. 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data identified according to the table below by the UBB Foundation, headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, str. ...................................., for the purposes listed below. The personal data provided by you will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the arboriremarcabili.ro website and the UBB Data Protection Policy accessible at https://www.ubbcluj.ro/ro/politici/.

The personal data that has been or will be requested will be provided exclusively by you and will be processed for the period prescribed in European and national legislation, in accordance with GDPR and other legal bases that require it, respecting the principles of ensuring their security and respecting your rights.
We inform you that in accordance with Article 7 of the GDPR, you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes mentioned above at any time.
This consent cannot be used by the UBB Foundation for purposes other than those explicitly stated in the document, including transmission to third parties.
Furthermore, your rights will be respected in accordance with the GDPR:
- The right to be informed (Art. 13 and 14 of the GDPR) - by UBB/The UBB Foundation about the type, purpose, and legal bases of processing;
- The right of access to data (Art. 15 of the GDPR) - the individual has the right to obtain confirmation from UBB/The UBB Foundation whether it processes personal data concerning them;
- The right to rectification (Art. 16 of the GDPR) - of personal data without undue delay;
- The right to erasure of data ("right to be forgotten") - (Art. 17 of the GDPR) - to obtain from UBB/The UBB Foundation the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay, and UBB/The UBB Foundation has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay;
- The right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 of the GDPR) - when you consider that personal data are inaccurate, or consider that processing is unlawful, or UBB/The UBB Foundation no longer needs this data;
- The right to notification regarding rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing (Art. 19 of the GDPR);
- The right to data portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR) - you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you and which you have provided to UBB/The UBB Foundation in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format to transmit it to another operator;
- The right to object (Art. 21 of the GDPR) - you may object to the processing of personal data concerning you, including profiling based on those provisions;
- The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling (Art. 22), which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you;
- The right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (Art. 15) - anspdcp@dataprotection.ro or https://www.dataprotection.ro/?page=Plangeri_pagina_principala; Note: Before submitting a complaint to ANSPDCP, the petitioner must address UBB/The Law Faculty to exercise the rights recognized by the GDPR. If no response is received within one month from the receipt of the request by the petitioner (exceptionally, the period may be extended by two months, subject to certain obligations by the controller) or the petitioner is dissatisfied with the response received, a complaint may be filed with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
