This consent cannot be used by the UBB Foundation for purposes other than those explicitly stated in the document, including transmission to third parties.

- The right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 of the GDPR) - when you consider that personal data are inaccurate, or consider that processing is unlawful, or UBB/The UBB Foundation no longer needs this data;

Note: Before submitting a complaint to ANSPDCP, the petitioner must address UBB/The Law Faculty to exercise the rights recognized by the GDPR. If no response is received within one month from the receipt of the request by the petitioner (exceptionally, the period may be extended by two months, subject to certain obligations by the controller) or the petitioner is dissatisfied with the response received, a complaint may be filed with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
